Rental Terms and Conditions

General Terms

Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel booking at any time if you do not meet renting requirements. Ensure sufficient funds on your card. All drivers must hold a valid driving license and passport; international licenses require passport on collection. Additional drivers must meet same license requirements. First driver included; daily charge applies per additional driver. Roadside assistance covers mechanical faults; negligence (lost keys, fuel) may incur fees. NO SHOW: Failure to collect before pickup may incur a fee. Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition (normal wear excepted). Local tolls/highway fees may apply. Smoking prohibited.

Security Bond

Supplier requires a security bond at collection, deducted from your card. Cash not accepted.

Restricted Roads / Areas of Use

Driving on dirt roads, off-road, sand, or water is prohibited. Vehicles have GPS trackers; insurance excludes off-road damage. Penalty: €300.

Optional Items / Extras

Special equipment and extras may be requested at booking. Availability subject to change.

Traffic Infringements

Renter responsible for fines (speeding, parking, tolls). Supplier charges administration fee.

Driver Age & Category Requirements

• MINI, ECONOMY: Minimum 21 yrs, license ≥1 yr.
• COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE: Minimum 23 yrs, license ≥2 yrs.
• LUXURY, MINI VANS, SUVs: Minimum 23 yrs, license ≥3 yrs.
• Young driver surcharge: EUR 14/day (<25 yrs), max EUR 140.
• Senior surcharge: EUR 14/day (≥72 yrs), max EUR 140.

Mileage Policy*

Unlimited mileage included. Fair usage policy; penalties for excessive use.

Fuel Policy

Return vehicle with same fuel level supplied. Missing fuel: replacement + EUR 25 fee.

One Way Rentals

Permitted at most locations. Service fee applies.

Driver License Rules

Drivers must carry a valid full license. Non-Latin alphabets require International Driving Permit or translation. License valid entire rental ≥1 yr. Proof of ID/address may be required. Delayed pickup >1 hr cancels booking. No refunds for early return, shortened rental, or downgrade.

Service Outside Normal Business Hours

Out-of-hours service on request. Fees apply for pickup/drop-off.

Compensation Policy

For unaccommodated bookings, compensation ≤ total booking price on voucher.

Additional Driver

Must meet renter requirements; added at rental branch. Daily EUR 5, max EUR 50; max 2 additional drivers.

After Hours Service

Pickup/drop-off outside office: EUR 40 including airport fee. Payable at counter or agent.

Late Return

After 60 min late, full-day rate + EUR 25 late fee.

Cross Border Policy

Requires prior written permission and local insurance. Green Card: €15 (Montenegro, North Macedonia) or €40 (other Europe).

Damage Waiver

Covers renter liability unless violating Road Code. Deductibles: 900 EUR – MINI/ECONOMY, 1200 EUR – COMPACT/INTERMEDIATE/CROSSOVER, 1400 EUR – SUV/7-seater MINI VAN, 2000 EUR – 9-seater VAN/PREMIUM/LUXURY.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Excludes underside, interior, windshields, mirrors, keys, antenna, fuel, ferry, acts of God, terrorism, wheels/tires. Without CDW, renter pays full damage. Police report required. Void if caused by unauthorized drivers, DUI, racing, towing, off-road, legal violations, negligence.

Delivery and Collection

On request; bookings@Drive365.rent. Free <15 km during office hours; >15 km: EUR 0.80/km including airport fee.

One Way Drop Policy

On request at specific locations. Unauthorized drops incur fee.

Inclusive Policy

Total rental charges include unlimited mileage, CDW, theft protection, supplementary liability, airport fee, VAT. Optional protection/equipment subject to airport fee & VAT.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Covers driver medical up to EUR 350, death/permanent disablement up to EUR 15,000. Cost: EUR 2/day + taxes.

Forms of Payment

Credit/debit card in renter’s name required. Accepted: Visa, MasterCard. Not: AMEX, virtual, prepaid, Vpay, ApplePay, GooglePay, Revolut, Maestro.

Credit Card Hold

Deposit preauthorized equal to insurance waiver; refunded if no extra charges. Up to EUR 150 may be preauthorized for fuel. Deposits per category: 900–4000 EUR.

Roadside Protection

Free 24/7 roadside assistance. Off-road towing costs charged to driver.

Renter Requirements

License ≥12 months; acceptable countries: EU + others. International Driving Permit required for non-EU/non-Switzerland; certified translation for non-Latin licenses. FDW optional; reduces CDW excess to zero unless traffic violation. Admin fee EUR 40 + airport fee applies for damages/theft. Cleaning fee EUR 30–150 for dirty vehicles; off-road towing charged. Police report mandatory.

Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP)

Included; covers up to EUR 1,200,000/person for bodily injury/death, EUR 1,200,000 for third-party property damage.

Theft Protection (TW)

Covers total theft; deductible 900–4000 EUR by car group. Excludes attempted theft, lost keys, personal items, acts of God/terrorism.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations up to 48 hrs prior allowed. Late/no-show fees unless COVID-related. Refund = full price; EHI may audit.

Booking & Amendments

Booking confirmed via email voucher; deposit non-refundable. Amendments may be new booking; EUR 25 alteration fee. Respect vehicle capacity & luggage; Drive365 may refuse rental if unfit/ineligible.

Liability & Disclaimer

Website and booking info provided as-is. Owners not liable for direct/indirect losses or damages from use.

Unlimited Mileage

* A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA and Canada

Drivers Age

Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.

A young driver surcharge of USD 19.99 per day will apply for driver's under 25 years.

A senior driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for drivers aged from 70 years to 75 years.

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.

Driver’s License

Customers must present a full valid and physical driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsements.

A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in English alphabet.

International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required:

• passport

• valid driver's license

• credit card on a main driver's name

• booking voucher

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Insurance Coverage

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

It is included in your rental amount.

Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.

The excess amount of CDW is USD 5000 for all vehicle groups.

Not available for Us and Canada Customers

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)

It is included in your rental amount.

Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.

Not available for Us and Canada Customers

Excess Reduction

In order to reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount.

The price of CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which is as follows:

Mandatory Local Charges

SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance)

Fees

Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.

An administrative and notarial fee of USD 50 will apply for each parking or traffic ticket.

Toll Service

• Prepaid E-toll device is available for an additional charge of USD 19.99 per day.

• E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is USD 14.99 per day.

• If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of USD 25 for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.

• If the customer removes the Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of USD 300 will apply.

No personal Devices allowed

Breakdown Assistance

Breakdown Assistance is available for an additional charge of USD 6 per day.

Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.

Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged on your return.

Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated.

Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

Cross Border Travel

Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.

In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and may apply administrative charges up to $1000 plus 0.75 per mile

VAT

VAT is included in the rental price.

However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.

Payment Methods and Deposit

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club credit cards.

Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Prepaid cards and Apple card is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car.

The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., Google Pay or Apple Pay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Deposit

A refundable deposit between $1000 to $5000 will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and Collection service is not available.

Out of Hours

Out of hours service is not available.

Pick-up Policy

During regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.

If the customer arrives after 60 minutes for pickup of the vehicle, reinstatement fee or car upgrade (subject to availability) may be applied.

Please note you should arrive 30 min before office closing time to take the shuttle bus service and get your car.

Cancellation Fee

If the customer cancel's booking at the time of pick-up at the rental desk, a cancellation fee of USD 50 will apply.

Prepaid Bookings are not refundables
