Drive365 Car Rental Terms and Conditions
The following Terms are applicable to rentals from Hollywood, Tampa and Orlando
General Terms
- Supplier may cancel your booking at any time if rental requirements are not met.
- Ensure sufficient funds are available on your debit or credit card.
- A valid driving license and passport must be presented. Non-local licenses require a passport.
- First driver is included. Additional drivers incur a daily fee.
- Roadside assistance is included for mechanical faults. Driver negligence results in additional fees.
- No-show may result in a fee.
- Return vehicle before or at end of rental in original condition (normal wear excepted).
- Tolls/highway fees are your responsibility.
- No smoking in the vehicle.
Security Bond
- Only credit cards (Visa/MasterCard) in main driver’s name are accepted.
- $500 deposit required.
Restricted Roads/Areas
- Off-road, sand, or water driving prohibited. €300 penalty applies for any off-road use.
- Vehicles have GPS tracking.
Items/Extras
- Available on request, subject to availability and can change without notice.
- Traffic Infringements
- You are responsible for fines, tolls, etc.
- Administration fee will be added for processing.
Driver Age Requirements
- 21+ for MINI, ECONOMY (license held 1+ year).
- 23+ for LUXURY, VANS, SUVs (license held 3+ years).
- Under 25: $25/day surcharge, max $250.
- 71–75: $25/day senior surcharge, max $250.
Mileage Policy
- Unlimited mileage with fair use policy. Excessive/abusive use may incur penalties.
Fuel Policy
- Like-for-like. Missing fuel will be charged + $25 refueling fee.
One-Way Rentals
- Not permitted.
Driver License Rules
- Non-Latin licenses must be accompanied by an IDP or certified translation.
- License must be valid for the rental period and held for 1+ year.
Delayed Pickup
- Contact office immediately if delayed. After 1 hour, booking auto-cancelled.
Early Returns/Vehicle Downgrade
- No refunds for early returns or downgrades.
Out-of-Hours Service
- Not available.
Additional Drivers
- $10/day per additional driver, max $100.
- Max 2 additional drivers allowed.
Late Return
- After 60 mins late: full-day rate applies.
Pick-up Instructions
After luggage collection, go outside the terminal at Ground Transportation. Call upon arrival at +1 954-360-8000 (WhatsApp) to arrange pick-up to the office at 3255 McCoy Rd, Orlando, FL 32812.
- Terminal A: Ground transportation level A11, A12 or A13.
- Terminal B: Ground transportation level B11, B12 or B13.
- Terminal C: Ground transportation level C277.
Cross Border Policy
- Not allowed.
Damage Waiver (NON-US/CAN)
- Deductible: $1000 for small cars, $1500 for large cars.
- CDW does not cover interior, undercarriage, glass, incorrect fuel, etc.
- Police report required for insurance to apply.
Damage Waiver (US/CAN)
- US/CA customers must provide insurance with $300,000 liability cover.
- D.A.F. of $40 applies in case of damage/theft.
Delivery and Collection
- Not available under any circumstances.
Inclusive Policy (NON-US/CAN)
- Includes CDW, TP, liability, airport fee, VAT.
Payment Methods
- Credit card in main driver’s name required for deposit.
- Preauthorization = deposit + up to $150 fuel hold.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days.
Roadside Protection
- Included 24/7.
- Driver negligence results in towing charges.
Renter Requirements
- Valid license held for 12+ months required.
- Non-EU/Swiss renters need IDP unless stated.
- Additional ID may be requested.
Cleaning Fees
- Standard cleaning fee: $250 for excessive interior/exterior dirt.
Supplemental Liability Protection
- Includes up to $10,000 third-party injury/property coverage.
Theft Protection
- Deductible: $1000–$1500 depending on car class.
- Key and police report required for coverage to apply.
- Personal items/theft attempts not covered.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 48h+ before pickup for refund.
- No-shows may be charged unless COVID-related.
Booking Information
- Bookings secured by deposit. Non-refundable once confirmed.
- Check all details on confirmation.
Compensation Policy
For the rare case of unaccommodated bookings that fall on the local office’s liability, the potentially approved compensation amount for the entitled customer will be up to the booking price and must not exceed the total booking price as displayed on the Drive365 voucher the customer received upon booking confirmation.
Amendments
Changes may be treated as new bookings with new pricing and $25 alteration fee applies.
Vehicle Capacity
- Do not exceed legal passenger limit.
- Insurance voids for over-capacity.
Refund Policy
- Refunds may take up to 12 weeks.
- No chargeback allowed without prior approval.

Mileage Policy - For Non-Florida Residents
- Unlimited Mileage
* A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of USA and Canada
Driver Age Limits
- Minimum driver's age requirement is 21 years
- Maximum driver’s age is 75 years
- A young driver surcharge of USD 19.99 per day will apply for drivers under 25 years
- A senior driver surcharge of USD 10 per day will apply for drivers aged from 70 years to 75 years
- Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees
Driver’s License
- Customers must present a full valid and physical driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year before the date of the commencement of the rental and with no major endorsements.
- A valid ID card or passport must be required at time of pick up.
- An International Driver’s License (IDL) must be required if the renter’s national driving license is not in English alphabet.
- International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required:
- passport
- valid driver's license
- credit card on a main driver's name
- booking voucher
- When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Insurance Coverage
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): included in rental amount, reduces customer’s damage responsibility to the excess amount, USD 5000 for all vehicle groups, not available for US and Canada customers
- Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL): included in rental amount, limited cover for personal injuries and material damages, not available for US and Canada customers
Excess Reduction
In order to reduce your excess amount up to a small manageable amount. Price of CDW varies according to vehicle group. Check at rental desk for details.
Mandatory Local Charges
- SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance)
- Airport surcharge included
- Administrative/notarial fee of USD 50 for parking or traffic tickets
Toll Service
- Prepaid E-toll device USD 19.99 per day
- E-Toll/Sunpass activation USD 14.99 per day
- If declined, penalty of USD 25 per toll + unpaid toll cost
- If removed, additional penalty USD 300
- No personal devices allowed
Breakdown Assistance
- Available for USD 6 per day
- Relevant contact and procedures provided before hire
Fuel Policy
- Vehicle supplied full, must return full. Missing fuel charged at rental desk. Policies may change, confirm at counter.
Cross Border Travel
- Crossing country/state borders not allowed. Violations void protections, possible admin charges up to $1000 + 0.75 per mile.
VAT
- Included in rental price. Optional extras/services may be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club accepted, main driver’s name only
- Prepaid cards and Apple Card not accepted
- Refundable deposit $1000–$5000 blocked until end of rental

Out of Hours
- Not available
Pick-up Policy
Grace period 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, reinstatement fee or upgrade may apply. Arrive 30 min before office closing.
Cancellation Fee
- If cancel at pick-up, USD 50 applies
- Prepaid bookings non-refundable
Extras
Special equipment confirmation depends on availability at rental desk.
