Before Rent
- What do I need when I pick up the car ?
You'll need:
• Passport or national ID car
• A valid driving license (additionally drivers licences that aren’t in Latin script, for example Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic script, need to be accompanied by an international driver’s licence
• Credit or debit card
• All drivers must be aged between 23 and 85. An additional fee is applicable to all young and senior drivers stated in the contract. (See T&C)
- Can I use another person’s credit card ?
You can use another person’s credit card to make the payment ,however ,the person signing the contract needs to be the card holder of a valid credit card needed for the preauthorization of the excess amount .

- What forms of payment are accepted for renting a car?

Credit & Debit Cards- Can I use another person’s credit card ?

- Will I receive the specific car type I booked ?
As much as we try to meet our customer’s needs , unfortunately with so many different vehicles available for renting we cannot guarantee a specific model, only the selected car category. In case we are unable to provide the car category you booked, we will provide an upgrade with no additional costs.
- How can I add additional insurance package?
If you decide during the rental to add additional insurance, please got to the nearest Drive365 office to add this service.Our representatives will inspect the car and give you the relevant documents
- If I have issues during the reservation process, who can I contact?
You can always contact our customer support .You can find the contact info under the Contacts Section.In order to provide a customers oriented service ,please note that we are available also via Whatsapp , Viber or Messenger.
- What is the Excess amount ?
Insurance Excess is the maximum amount the client can be held responsible for in case of an accident. Its height depends on the vehicle category, and the amount can be checked during the reservation process. It should be mentioned that there are cases in which we have the right to overcame the excess amount .Such as ,drinking and driving , driving against the traffic rules e.t.c
- Can I return the vehicle to a different location than the one stated on the contract?
You can change the drop off location , however in such a case, an additional fee is charged for this service.
- If I decide to go to a different country during my rental period or to travel by ferry, what do I need to do?
Please note that crossing out the countries boarder is not permitted . However , you can travel by ferry within the country .In such a case you have to notify us in order to activate the additional services and fees so you will be ensured in case of collision
- If I have insurance or insurance excess with a different company/ insurance agency how do I get my funds returned in case of an accident?
In such a case, Drive365 will provide all the necessary documents in order to get reimbursed. All the gathered documentation and damage invoices need to be presented to the company or insurance agency in which you have signed the insurance policy to get your money refunded. For additional documentation please contact our Customer support.
- Is it allowed to smoke in the car ?
Here in Drive365, we do not allow smoking in our rental cars. The overall consensus when approaching to our customers, was that they would prefer a rental car with a nice smell. Therefore, we respect that and we do not allow people to smoke in our rental vehicles, so that every customer can enjoy a car with a fresh smell. Please note that in case of non-compliance with the above instructions there will be an additional cleaning fee.
